1. ACCESSING THE CHUM AND ITS FACILITIES

The new hospital can be reached from Champ-de-Mars metro station. A subway tunnel links the metro to the hospital. There are four bus routes, including four express routes, serving the new hospital. Hôtel-Dieu is also served by several bus routes. For a customized itnerary, visit www.stm.info.

 
Parking

The entrance to parking for the new hospital is at 1115 Sanguinet Street. Sanguinet Street can only be accessed from Viger Avenue. The entrance to parking for Hôtel-Dieu is accessible from Saint-Urbain Street.

 
 
2. NEED HELP TO FIND YOUR WAY?

If you need assistance, you can locate one of the information centres located at pavilion entrances. Orientation guides and signage inside the new hospital will help you find your way. You can download a free app onto your mobile phone to help guide you around Pavilions C and D.

 
 
3. HAVE YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE CARD WITH YOU

Only the card issued by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) is needed for your visit to the CHUM. A hospital card is no longer required.

 
 
4. REGISTRATION TERMINALS IN PAVILIONS C AND D
 
During each of your appointments in Pavilions C or D, you must register your arrival at one of the registration terminals located near the clinics. Swipe your Health Insurance Card under the terminal card reader and take the slip that is printed. Volunteers will be on site to assist you.
 
 
 
5. ACCOMPANYING FAMILY

It is always reassuring to have someone accompanying you to an appointment. Do not hesitate to call on someone close to you to come along.
